Welcome to BKi Paintball. By accessing our website, mobile application, or services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Service.

1. Use of Our Services

BKi Paintball grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms.

2. Accounts & Eligibility

To use certain features, you must create an account and be at least 13 years of age (or the age of digital consent in your country). You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. BKi Paintball is not responsible for any unauthorized access to your account.

3. Subscription Terms

BKi Paintball offers digital subscription plans that may include access to exclusive drills, training videos, community features, and more.

• Recurring Billing: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless canceled in advance.
• Billing Platform: Subscriptions may be purchased through the App Store, Google Play, or directly on our website, depending on your platform.
• Manage or Cancel: You can manage your subscription in your app store account settings or through your BKi account dashboard.
• Trial Periods: If your plan begins with a free trial, you will be charged at the end of the trial unless canceled prior to that date.

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final. BKi Paintball does not offer refunds for subscription purchases or partial billing periods.

• No Prorated Refunds: Canceling your subscription will stop future charges, but your current access will continue until the end of the billing period.
• Error Handling: If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the charge.
• Free Content: Some features and content may be available at no cost. Refunds are not provided for free or promotional access.

5. In-App Purchases

The BKi Paintball app may offer in-app purchases including premium plans, upgrades, or add-on digital content. These are billed via the App Store or Google Play and are governed by the respective platform’s policies.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, media, graphics, and branding on the BKi Paintball platform are the exclusive property of BKi Paintball or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the Service without express permission.
